From Sunrise to Recovery
Every hour is accounted for. Here is what a day inside the programme actually looks like.

Breakfast
Calorie-counted, macro-tracked meal at Pure Prep when they open. Your day starts fuelled, not guessing.

Morning Session
High intensity metabolic training or Big Buddha hike. Coached from warm-up to cool-down.

Lunch
Second prepared meal of the day. Protein-forward, portioned to your targets.

Afternoon Session
Strength class, Muay Thai private, or personal training. Every session has a purpose in your programme.

Recovery
Ice bath, steam, or guided stretching. Scheduled, not optional.

Evening
Dinner on your terms with clear calorie and protein targets. Most guests keep it simple: protein with vegetables.

What to Expect
Your First 48 Hours
The part nobody talks about. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you land.
Day of Arrival
Airport Pickup & Check-in
Your driver meets you at Phuket airport. You are taken directly to your accommodation on Soi Taied. Check in, settle, decompress. No rush.
Day 1 Morning
Welcome & Induction
Meet your coaching team. Tour of all training facilities, recovery venues, and Pure Prep (your meals for the duration). You will know exactly where everything is before your first session.
Day 1 Morning
Body Composition Scan
Full 3D body scan establishes your baseline: weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, measurements. This is day-one data. Everything that follows is measured against it.
Day 1
First Training Session
Your first coached session follows induction -- whichever class is next on the schedule. Coaches observe your movement, fitness level, and any restrictions from the first rep. Intensity is set to where you actually are.
Day 1 After Training
Get to Know the Group
You have already trained alongside them. After the session, the group heads to Pure Prep together. Conversation happens over food. No forced introductions required.
Day 2 Onwards
Full Programme
Your personalised weekly plan is live. Big Buddha hike, strength sessions, personal training. Your meal plan is running at Pure Prep. Recovery protocols start. Every day has structure from here.
Duration
How Long Should You Stay?
The programme scales to your goals and availability.
1 Week
A taster experience. Immerse yourself in the programme, learn the structure, and leave with a clear picture of what a full stay delivers. Ideal if you’re testing the waters before committing to a longer transformation.
2–3 Weeks
Enough time to build momentum. You’ll see measurable changes in body composition, establish training habits, and experience the full recovery cycle. Most guests extend after this point.
4–8 Weeks
This is where real transformation happens. Your body fully adapts to the training load, nutrition becomes second nature, and the results compound week over week. The sweet spot for dramatic visible change.
12+ Weeks
A complete life reset. Periodised training with deload weeks, progressive overload, and deep habit formation. Guests who stay 12+ weeks leave as fundamentally different people — physically and mentally.
